American Tent works with the industry’s best freight services. While we do not own or operate shipping services, we work with dedicated contacts to ensure you get the best, most efficient, and cost-effective delivery experience.

Perfect for Family Reunions!

Our family has a big reunion picnic every year and finally decided to pitch in and buy a tent instead of dealing with rentals/venues. We’re so happy we did! Jake was super helpful, showed me which tent would be best for us, and answered my questions since I didn’t know anything really about tents. The tent is perfect and works really well for our needs.

Good Customer Service

This was my first time purchasing a tent vs. renting, so I’m not an expert. I didn’t realize I had to pay more for all the walls and was surprised when I got just the tent top, but customer service was great on helping me understand and now that I have everything I’m very pleased with my tent.

Great tent!

This frame tent allowed us to stay open throughout COVID-19 social distancing requirements-- very large but still easy to store and set up, nothing too complicated for our small staff to figure out, and it looks great. Customers are happy, we’re happy-- great tent.

Mix Up in Shipping

Giving three stars because there was a mix-up in shipping and we got the wrong product, so we weren’t able to use at the beginning of the year for outdoor assemblies. It was easy to reach out to customer service and they were very quick to make it right and get us our correct order, which is exactly what we were looking for. Good quality frame tent, looks great and our staff can set this up really quickly, which is what we were looking for. Great product once we got what we ordered.

Love this Tent

Our event company has purchased from American Tent before, and their 20x40 is by far the best. Easy to set up without a huge crew and quality production.
